High school football player misses championship game because he was arrested for exposing himself

A Frewsburg football player missed his championship game Thursday because he was arrested before the team bus could leave for Ralph Wilson Stadium.

According to the Buffalo News, the 17-year-old player was arrested on two counts of exposure of a person, as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Ryan Hedrick of 95.3 The Lake first reported the arrest.

Frewsburg went on to lose the Class DD championship to Portville, 33-14, blowing a 14-6 halftime lead.

The player has a court appearance in the Village of Frewsburg on Nov. 18, the News reported.
